After being cancelled a number of times, Frank finally had his Birthday libre at Mongkok at the Mall of Asia. 
We ordered the same dimsums (on Frankie's Birthday) but added Chowmein and salt & pepper squid (the yummiest, we have ever, ever tasted - it just melted in your mouth!)
We ordered special drinks as well - like the Four Seasons.
Cheers for the Birthday Boy!

After the super delicious dinner, we walked around and had a look at the light displays.
