Christmas Holiday 2007: Sarmiento Christmas Party at Forbes Park

In the afternoon, we were intivited to Tita Nenet's house in Forbes Park for the Sarmiento's Christmas party. It was moved to an earlier date since the whole Shchmidt family will be spending Christmas in Switzerland.

Tita Nenet and family are really enjoying Manila. Her Husband Tito Hans, just commutes every week from Hongkong to Manila and the kids are already enrolled at the International School, so I guess they'll be staying for a while.

This was the 1st time we had seen their temporary "new" house, - they will be staying in this house for two years, since it will take that long to finish their very own abode (a few houses down this one) - and if their old one was anything to go by (size-wize, super mega big talaga, it looked like a museum), this one will be super duper mega big too!

While waiting for the other guests, Lola NIng took us to the back to show us the stables for the Manila Polo Club. One of the reasons for picking their "future" home is its proximity to the stables, with this current house, it takes about 10 minutes to walk, but with their future home, the kids, can go out of the gate, and practice riding straight away with their horses. Sosy talaga!
